Great hot flash relief !
6 ounces Peppermint infusion
24 drops Clary Sage
48 drops Peppermint
24 drops Geranium
24 drops Lemon
Blend essential oils, and make peppermint infusion. Combine all ingredients into a spray bottle. Shake well.
To Use: Spritz bed linens, clothing, surrounding space.
